Huron Valley PACE
Huron Valley PACE® provides an alternative to nursing home care for participants – allowing seniors to remain independent in their own homes and communities.
Participants may receive medical and supportive services in our Day Center located in Ypsilanti, which houses a primary care medical clinic, as well as several areas for recreational activities. Huron Valley PACE® also offers a variety of services that can be provided in the comfort of your own home. We have relationships with top specialists and healthcare providers in the community to ensure participants get the care they need. Huron Valley PACE® serves Washtenaw County, as well as parts of Monroe, Oakland, Wayne and Livingston Counties.
Huron Valley PACE® was established by United Methodist Retirement Communities and Area Agency on Aging 1B, non-profit organizations dedicated to the health and well-being of older adults in the communities they serve.
