CNA Career Pathway

Chelsea Retirement Community, part of the United Methodist Retirement Communities family, is excited to launch a new program for qualifying candidates to become a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). We are seeking second career candidates or those looking for a new, rewarding career to participate in our pilot program entitled: CNA Career Pathway.

This unique opportunity allows for individuals, who may have been out of the workforce for several years, to start a new career without feeling burdened by the upfront costs of continuing education, training, and certification. Participants of the CNA Career Pathway will not only get their education paid for upfront; we will ALSO pay a competitive hourly wage to those students during their training. This program is geared toward individuals who are passionate about caring for seniors and those who are searching for a way to positively impact the lives of others in a new career.
