Our Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®) provide an alternative to nursing home care for participants – allowing seniors to remain independent in their own homes and communities. PACE® participants may receive medical and supportive services in our Day Centers, which house primary care medical clinics, as well as areas for recreational activities. PACE® also offers a variety of services that can be provided in the comfort of the participant’s home. We have relationships with top specialists and healthcare providers in the communities we serve to ensure participants get the care they need.
Along with another partner, UMRC has developed a PACE® (program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) which provides an alternative to nursing home care – allowing low-income seniors to remain independent in their own homes and communities. This program located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, serves Washtenaw and Monroe Counties as well as parts of Oakland, Wayne and Livingston Counties.
