Dancey House
Dancey House offers charming apartment living with centrally
located amenities. With its inviting community living and
dining rooms (and our award-winning chef’s enticing
selections), contemporary bistro grill and ice cream parlor,
well-stocked library and media center, elegant movie theater,
and other activity areas, it’s also the hub of Chelsea
Retirement Community’s social life! You can choose
from a variety of floor plans, including convenient studio
units as well as attractive, well-appointed one- and two-bedroom
apartment homes (several feature an added den or office, for
your convenience).
Garden Apartments
Located just across a lovely landscaped drive from the main
building and dining rooms, the Garden Apartments
are set in a wooded area. With their spacious floor plans
and private patios, our Garden Apartments are especially appealing
to active, independent seniors. These one- and two-bedroom
apartment homes feature private entryways, “personal”
gardens, access to the clubhouse, and other amenities. Meals
are served in the main dining areas at Dancey House, just
a short walk away. As a member of our community, you have
access to all campus amenities and resources, including our
